• Our Production Partner: We partner with Gelato, a fulfillment service, to print, manufacture, and ship our products.
• Subcontracting: Gelato subcontracts production and shipping to local printers and carriers worldwide to deliver your items efficiently.
• Your Data: We respect your privacy. We only share your personal data (such as your name, email, and shipping address) with Gelato and its partners for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your order. We never sell your data.

3. Returns and Refunds

Because our items are custom-made on demand through Gelato, our return policy aligns directly with theirs:

• Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a misprint, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will happily arrange a free replacement or a refund.
• Change of Mind: Because products are created uniquely for you when you order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please check our sizing guides carefully before buying.

4. Shipping and Lost Packages

Once an order leaves the production facility, it is handled by professional shipping carriers (like USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

• We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it is available.
• If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us so we can look into it.

5. Website Rules

• There are no age restrictions for browsing our site, but you must be legally permitted to use a credit card or other payment method to make a purchase.
• All content on this website (logos, text, photos, and designs) belongs to The World Trails Film Festival and cannot be used without our permission.
